During this sensitive of treatment at Mayo, Cindy the manager was so amazing and caring and checked in on me even gave me a big hug. "The hotel is very clean and the staff helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and very quiet. Close to many dining options and shopping. The only down side was my room didn't have a coffee maker. There was lots of fresh coffee in the lobby so not a big deal, just unusual. I would definitely stay here again"
