Quiet comfortable & clean
Nice hotel, comfortable quiet room, nice shower Nice pool Not to close to much other than a 7/11 so a 200baht grab ride anywhere you want to go but suited my purposes. Decent food options but no bar.

Lovely boutique hotel, very lovely staff, nice and quiet, not many bars, but good massage places. Early Morning Roosters were a bit annoying from the surrounding properties, that’s not the hotel’s fault. Lots of Halal and vegetarian options around. No restaurant or bar in hotel, no breakfast available. Be prepared to get Bolt everywhere. But, this should not detract from the overall value and location of the hotel. Some mould in the room, but it’s a very good room, basically we had a pool to ourselves from the swim up Room 104. Everyone in the hotel, staff and guests all very respectful, there were no children also. It is close to the beach, but it’s not like Rawai beach which is more picturesque. Enjoy this hotel, it is truly lovely to stay.

Hotel looks nice, staff are nice even if they dont always understand they are ready to help. Pool isnt huge but at least its wet!

Hotel itself is clean although my room didnt have a great aroma. But it appeared clean. Needs a little maintenance but overall not bad. Staff are very friendly but sadly not all staff speak english so we have the usual thai issues of claiming to understand when they dont. No fault to them, i dont speak thai. But, if i worked in an international hotel, id prob learn!

Property was great, staff were fantastic. Only complaint was the pillows were absolutely terrible. I ended up using a rolled up towel to sleep on for my stay.

The property was dirty with bird poop covering the windows. The headboard and fabric on the walls were covered in stains. Our Executive deluxe Seaview overlooks looked a bunch of warehouses and a mud beach. The bathrooms were not cleaned and they didn't even provide toilet paper. Overall the property is not at all as it was represented in the images. Not recommended unless they properly cleans thoroughly and make repairs

The property is very clean and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our connecting fly got delayed which resulted in our arrival a day late. We called and they were very gracious to hold our room and even approved late checkout. My family and I had a peaceful and enjoyable stay during a time of so many uncertainties.

This place is awesome! Especially if you want to escape the crazy beach areas. Much quieter and cheaper food locally but still close enough to hit the beaches. (this hotel offers free shuttles!) The pool is awesome and the overall condition of the hotel is good. The BEST part about this hotel is the staff! Super friendly, always eager to help, really made our stay amazing. Would highly recommend!

The property in itself is ok, it has a big pool and the rooms are fairly ok. The hotel is in a poor location though, not much around to do. However you made rent a bike from the hotel and ride to Patong.

I really felt at home here, the staff was very nice and helpful. I was able to visit the surroundings and some islands not as near, even though there is not much to do close to the resort. Consider you need to have a way of transportation or book a taxi in order to move through Phuket. The pool is very big and has enough room for children so you can swim comfortably in the deeper area. The view to the beach is beautiful, though the beach itself is not great for swimming. Overall the experience is fantastic, ans is just improved by staying at this hotel at its nice staff. I would definitely come back.

Generally it’s a good hotel and the staff were friendly however their English was at best poor. They don’t vacuum the rooms only sweep. Dusting of the furniture never happened. Bathroom has mould that’s never treated. The restaurant is average with only 2 menus, if there’s more than 2 tables others have to wait for the menu. There’s never enough pool side banana lounges. Around the hotel are shanty housing which was unpleasant.

The hotel is nice and clean, Staffs are friendly , there is a warm welcome treat when we're checking in. Hotel is far from the Attractions but it's fun to ride a motorcycle around the town.(there is a motorcycle rental service)

Poor management. Poor reception service (communication, local knowledge, etc.) Poor bathroom conditions - in room Hotel rips off guests with additional services that are available nearby. Nice pool though...even if it is closed at silly times for “cleaning” Review softened to suit Expedia guidelines protecting hotels from being reviewed truthfully - because why would we want truthful reviews anyway...

Great Hotel
Amazing stay- we were able to check in early for free and were greeted by a friendly receptionist. Food is not very good that is the only down point but lots of restaurants along the beach that were delicious. We made full use of the free shuttle bus and the free peddle bikes around rawai beach.

The hotel is just perfect. The price, room, and staff is great. Swimming pool was so good. Staff helped with whatever we needed. The hotel is a little far from main city, patong. The staff helped with the transportation. This hotel made my trip remarkable.

The hotel itself was fine, the bed very comfortable, the shower good and the room was clean. The pool was also ok. But..the location was or is terrible. If you want to go somewhere you might like to go you will take a 40 minute taxi ride. The beach which is 150 metres from the hotel is nothing more than a mud flat. The stakk were friendly, no restaurants on hand, the hotel provides food but we wanted an outside experience..and there is none. Unfortunately I have to say there is no way we would return to that place. The remote location kills it

The staff was very helpful and the hotel itself was very clean. The pool was super relaxing and we all enjoyed our stay. I will say my only small complaint would be the food (not many choices on the menu and they stop serving at 9pm- the location of the hotel also doesn't have many options around to go for food).

Hard to fault this hotel, or the staff! It’s kept incredibly clean, the pool is fantastic, there’s a free shuttle bus to some great local beaches (Yanui & Nai Harn). The staff are incredible friendly! I’d have no hesitation in recommending this place!

Not a 4 star hotel IMO
This hotel is more like a 3 star hotel. Rooms are clean, the pool is fine, but I wouldn’t necessarily label it a 4 star. Maybe 3.5. First, the location is not so good for a family that can’t drive a motorbike. We had one, so it wasn’t an issue, but given the price of taxis on Phuket, the location would hinder a lot of families from enjoying themselves. The breakfast was just ok. The staff smiled and got along well with each other, but I didn’t find them smile at their guests or seem friendly enough. Also, I found the staff’s English ability at a low level. The staff spend a lot of time talking to each other, but I thought they had some problems interacting with customers and they didn’t appear interested. When they did talk, they rarely smiled and some had problems communicating in English and could rarely make a full sentence even with broken grammar. As I was coming from the pool one afternoon, I noticed two of the front desk attendants watching some sort of TV show/movie on their computers. I thought it looked unprofessional as their heads were down and absorbed in the computer. I feel the hotel needs a regular manager, as it seems like the staff could be more professional and provide better service. In summary, the staff took care of mostly everything we asked, but I think they need training in customer service, English, and a manager is needed to keep everyone in line. The hotel has potential for sure.That’s just my opinion though, maybe we hit them at a bad week.

Pretty good, but inherently noisy.
Pretty nice place. Staff was good as well. Only problems were broken a/c in workout room and the loudest doors I’ve ever heard. If people come back to rooms late you’re in for a treat. The doors naturally slam producing a ridiculous noise throughout the floor. Woke most of us up at 2:43 am as one couple came back to their room. Very surprising

Although further away from the tourist hotspots of Patong and Phuket Town than most options on the island, Rawai is a lovely area with all the required amenities and less of the crowds. Aqua Resort is a good base for travellers looking to spend their days on beaches and activities with a nice pool to relax in before heading out for the evening. Your own transport or taxi money is essential for staying here.

Great hotel, not so accessible location
The hotel is actually quite nice & room and bed comfortable. It is a good price but you may need transport to access nearby beaches & restaurants as the shuttle is infrequent. Staff is extremely friendly & helpful. As it is booked a lot by coach tour companies who book a bulk of the rooms, the pool can be very noisy in the mornings if you like to have a lie in bed (I think all rooms face the pool).
