We received an email with our door code, but it didn’t work. We went to the reception and got a physical key, but they implied that is what we needed all along. So that was a bit confusing since we received a door code in the email.
There was no soap or even a hand towel in the bathroom. Which was pretty inconvenient, that seems like those would be essential items to have. And the dish soap was pretty much water, it’s like it was pretty much empty so someone just filled it from the tap to make it look full again.
It was just fine, but I would not stay here again.
