"Met by Ms Pat during checking in time and she made the difference with introduction to the hotel and her hospitality won over the day. She even noticed my birthday a day before and surprised me with birthday cake ....that is hard to beat. Thank you Pat and staff. Hotel needed some upgrade but the service and warmness superceded all."

"Dirty rooms - outdated and used cigarette butts on the balcony in both rooms - had to move as it was so noisy in the front section of the hotel as it faces the busy fairway. Not a clean hotel and needs major updating. "

"Terrible. DO NOT STAY HERE. Rats in the hallways. Elevator didn’t work and had to carry bags up and down 6 flights of stairs. Pool was disgusting I left before I stayed the night and relocated to another hotel, the hotel would not refund our money. So now I have to contact the bank. Terrible experience!!!"
