"The hotel was in the heart of lower town. Easy access to the train and very walkable. Anything you would need is in this area. The hotel was pretty quiet and very comfortable. "The hotel had a comfortable bed with blockout curtains and all the amenities one would want in a room . It’s a two mike walk to the old town and restaurants but for us it was good to walk back after dinner . One can catch an Uber or tram so convenient I guess . The shower had good force but there was something about it that made the water too hot or cold but worked out regardless . Overall the stay was good but we were first surprised by the big deposit they asked us to pay at check in as this was not communicated before by the property. "What a lovely spa/hotel and surrounding countryside! The staff is kind and accommodating. And the pools are wonderful. My wife and I started off at Hotel Rosa apartments and opted to transfer to Hotel Sotelia with the adult pool complex. It was a good choice. We have nothing against the young children, but it was nice to rest in the soothing waters without kids running around. The meals were quite good. The surrounding farmland is beautiful and it's crowned with a 13th century castle at the top of the hill. "
