"The villas are located very close to the beach and all have a nice common area with kitchen and living room and a common pool. You need wheels though, because the best cafes and restaurants are in the north on the road to Duong Dong. It's only a ten minute drive on a scooter. I was there during the Epizode festival and it meant that there was a lot of loud music, so if you don't like loud house music stay away during those days around New Year :-). "Room has utensils, microwave, fridge and induction stove for simple cooking. There’s a washing machine with laundry detergent and drying rack at the balcony. Everything is new and clean. Location is quiet and safe with security guard (non-English speaking though) at the lobby. Access to the room is by digital lock and physical key (my assigned room was in a building named "The Sea").
