Phố Lu Packages (Flight + Hotel)

Location excellent. Staff ok. Had issues asking for toiletries. First day didn’t have any. Third day the bottle was locked.

Needs to be remodel, needs an update.. very niche hotel,

Good, solid hotel in a great location if you want to be near the buzz of Soho. Rooms are a good size and service was excellent. Would definitely return.

Cons: We were on the 2nd floor and the shower pressure was so high (could not get it to lower pressure or else the water would be cold) that it was painful to shower. The bed for a 'queen' was smaller than a standard. For the hefty price, I'm paying, I would prefer to stay somewhere else (more modern and up to date) and pay the subway to visit time square etc. Pros: Convenient to walk to Time Square but that's about it.

I just can’t put into words how amazing this hotel is, my only complaint was my Bloody Mary was too spicy. The staff every single one of them were amazing with a special mention to our housekeeper who left our room perfect everyday. The guys on the door who were always cheerful and up for a chat about our day. I was in awe of the memorabilia around the hotel it really is very special, our room was amazing and looked over Times Square the bed was possibly the best bed I’ve ever slept in. I would have no hesitation in booking again in fact as I sit at JFK waiting for my flight home I’m discussing returning next year.
