The guy at the front desk when we first came in the building his attitude was horrible. He kept spitting up cold.(very unprofrssional) When it was time to check in we had another gentleman check us in... now his service was amazing. Day of check out same guy from the first day we walked in... as we was checking out I asked if they had a room to put our luggage..he said we dont have room in our storage. I asked may I just leave my luggagehere as my daughter has one more dr apt at CHOP before we fly out. Return from the dr apt...his come back to us was you need to take your bags..we said we are we are waiting on uber. Besides the bad experience with the guys on the desk the hotel was ok.

Property is nice! Just a little worn down. Showers could be a little nicer and a lot of the outlets in the room were out. Breakfast was decent and overall hotel was good for a couple of nights.

I liked the location but the sink clogged during the night and the shower would not turn off in the morning. Also, they charged for parking even though it was only $4. There are better hotels in the area.

This was my first time staying at this location.The gentlemen at the front desk working both the morning shifts and second shifts were extremely helpful, personal, and had exceptional customer service. (I never met the night shift employee). The room was very clean, the bedding was clean and the hotel overall was clean and the prices were among the best in the area. I travel back and forth from Philadelphia frequently, I will be returning for future visits.

We did not hire a car so this hotel was a good price for easy access to the mall and use of Uber/taxis. Basic but clean and comfortable. Road noise very loud but it’s on a freeway so you can’t expect peace and quiet! The hotel itself was peaceful and a good breakfast provided

The only issue is the noise from the 76. If you stay on the south side, very quiet. The north side there is a lot of noise that is disturbing from the turnpike. Other than that, nice property for the price point.

My stay at the hotel was very nice, I really like the comfort and feel of the room. Room and Bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was pretty good also I didn't have much choice based on what I eat but the muffin and juices was very good.

Traffic noise was an issue in the room. Thin walls also meant we heard the conversations on either side of us and someone’s bathroom sound effects. The room itself wasn’t the best either, possibly having the worst bed I’ve ever used. I wouldn’t stay here again.
