"The staff was very courteous and helpful every step of the way. The main dining area and patio is beautiful. The location is not central but still has plenty of shops and restaurants around. 20 minute walk gets you into the centre. The rooms are not soundproof and there is some machine noise that goes on all night, also you can hear noise from corridor and hallways easily. I had trouble sleeping because of that. Also no window in room which made it very dark. "

"We loved staying here! The family were lovely and accommodating. They took through the wilderness in their back yard and beyond which was super cool. The rooms were comfortable and we especially loved our patio overlooking the town and endless festivals (do they ever end?!?!). There wasn't hot water, but that is what we expected for this price. "Son una ESTAFA , cuando llegamos al lugar supuestamente ellos ya no eran los dueños y no eran los dueños , pero lo más que hablamos con ellos nos dimos cuenta que si lo eran y que estaban encargados de la propiedad y que solo decidieron darle a nuestra habitación a otras personas . "This property met and exceed our expectations. The check in was very smooth and we were treated to a very nice cup of mint tea. The building is a historic landmark dating back to the Inca and Spanish colonial period. We were treated to a very special tour of the property with an in depth explanation of all the history of the building. This was followed by a wonderful ceremony in which an Inca warrior re-enacted a series of events using different instruments and implements. After that we were treated to a Pisco sour class given by Miguel the bartender who was very entertaining. The breakfast buffet was superb, the variety of food was outstanding and they made my omelette to perfection, Jesus our server met us every morning with a great smile and a warm hand shake. The experience was enhanced by a wonderful musician who had a wonderful repertoire of Andean music. All in all we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this property. "
