The hotel is probably the best value in terms of where it is located. It is a long distance from the Phuket airport so be ready to pay about 800 baht or so (which is what we paid). The Lemongrass' owner Cedric, set up airport pickup after I emailed and inquired about it.
The hotel is nothing fancy, but you have the basics. Unless you intend to spend a lot of time in your room, it serves the purpose. A downside was that the air conditioner was placed directly facing the bed so the cold air blew directly on us while we slept which made things a little uncomfortable because the room got very hot when we turned it off. So we decided to leave it on and just sleep with sweaters. Our room had a little balcony facing the street which was a plus considering that the room was a bit dark and lacked some lighting.
The restaurant downstairs is convenient because it opens up early and stays open fairly late and serves drinks at the bar. Nice if you have an early day and want to get some breakfast before venturing out. Best part of our stay was the location.
