"This is my 2nd stay at this hotel. As usual, the room is very clean and simple. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I was offered a brolly when it was raining by a female staff (didn't get her name). I requested for an extra pillow from staff Ae and he offered 2, but i just needed 1 and the pillow was sent immediately. Keep up the good work! For shopping, there are big malls around this vicinity like Big C, Central World, Siam Paragon, MBK, etc (walking distance). Will stay here again."
