The location alone is worth the price, to be so close to all the best Florence has to offer. In addition to that, the hotel is richly decorated and comfortable in every way. We loved our room and bathroom. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Clean, comfortable beds. Very helpful and friendly staff. Location is perfect if you need to be close to train station (lots of luggage?). The lighting was a bit dim in the bathroom and bedroom and made it hard to see to put on makeup. Lack of charging ports. No extra seating in the room made it hard to sit and relax without being in bed. Walkable distances to all major sites. We do not spend too much time in our hotels anyway but if you want more comfortable space in general, perhaps...
