What a gong show. I will never stay there ever again. I called and left messages for a play pen for my 2 year old. Then called and called finally getting a hold of someone making sure I’d have a playpen/crib in the room and was promised one. When I arrived late because check in starts at like 5 closes at mid night, I was sent to a room that was torn literally torn apart with electrical exposed, not clean and no playpen. Went and told front desk who tried to find me another room but their system wasn’t able to make keys because it was backing up and then crashed. Security let us into the room but didn’t have any idea where to go or what was going on and my little one had puked all over himself because he had gotten car sick from the windy roads(not their fault but we just wanted to bath him and the car set immediately but the room hassle was making it all worse. Finally into a proper room and front desk and was called saying they would get the keys to me when they could and how long we would be up for so security could bring them when ready. It was decided that because no one knew when the system would make keys security would bring them and place under our outside door mat and NOT knock at all because I was trying to get the baby down to sleep. Got the baby to sleep and security later showed up knocking and knocking until just leaving the keys under the mat like previously decided. Like what the hell was going on between front seat and security?
