Everything was good but the only issues that I had was the room wasn’t ready and I had to wait for 4hrs and the room keys weren’t working properly sometimes but overall perfect

U loved the staff they were very friendly and accommodating. What didn’t like is we had to order room service for lunch and dinner or we had to go out to find food. The breakfast that was provided was good. I didn’t understand why they could do the same for lunch and dinner.

I like everything about this property. Everybody was nice. The food was wonderful place is clean. I left a day early. I had to go back to work but definitely it was nice.

The staff was very helpful and flexible. Our flight arrived early, and we were allowed to check in early with no charge. There were some minor issues though, including that there was no lotion in the room and the refrigerator was not cold.

This is not a 5 star property. Older property and service was quite bad. Room didn't have body creams and other basic things one would expect in a 5 star property. I was trying to get them to fill the shower gel throughout my trip and they kept bringing shampoo bottles few hours later when I wasn't in the room. I ended up with 4 shampoo bottles and no shower gel for my entire trip. Concierge suggested a spanish restaurant (supposedly best in town), which actually ended up being Italian. Location is good in the middle of town.

I love everything about this property. I went there for my birthday for five days and every day seems like it’s my first day there me my girlfriend we have a blast and all the workers there were so welcome in and everything especially James, Ricardo and Samantha they’re my favorite.

I absolutely love this place. We’ve stayed here twice and each time they went above and beyond for us. It was my sons birthday and they put a cake and fruit plate in our room for him! For free! The breakfast feels like your at a fancy buffet in Las Vegas. Overall, it’s a great place to hang out. The pool is wonderful and the staff is really attentive. Centrally located and an easy Uber anywhere. Nicest staff I have experienced.

This hotel was very clean. There are three restaurants in it. The food was excellent. I had to call the housekeeping staff several times to get a laundry bag. I had to call Reception to get the hand soap and shower gel replaced when both obviously needed a refill.

One of the staff members gave me problems with having a guest even though I booked the room for 2 people. Other than that I would have given it 5 stars. After that experience I would not stay here again. The little food spot below is legit though. Amazing desserts and reasonable prices. To bad the staff or hotel policy is to gouge you for more money.

The hotel was excellent in many ways but it lacked entertainment on most evenings and there were very few shopping facilities. The pool is small. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

The check-in process was soooo smooth. No anoying holds placed on my credit car. The included breakfast was absolutely amazing, and a very good deal for the price. Rooms and hotel ares were super clean. Very nice bar and dining options in the lobby. I'm already planning my return stay at the Riu Plaza. Absolutely amazing stress free experience!

Pros: Well kept hotel. Awesome breakfast buffet. Friendly, helpful staff. Cons: Room keys easily demagnetize, so stop working in doors/elevators. Have to replace at least once a day. Property aware of this problem. Room was short towels daily so would have to call housekeeping daily to get towels completely replaced.
