"We very much enjoyed staying in the hotel for a night. We got off to a confusing start though. I think the person who checked us in was new, but they didn’t give us any details once confirmed and didn’t ask if we needed anything else, which was different than what the others were sharing to guests next to me. "One step above a tent. Rooms were super small can’t turn around in them. But clean beds soft. Pillows not great, no facial tissue, microwave fridge or blow dryer. So be prepared. Restaurant is ok. No WiFi in the room or tv. Lots of wildlife. We did not have working heat in the room. Supposed to stay 2 nights but since the heat was broken they refunded my money. So that was good. Also get gas either before you go or before you leave Yellowstone. "

"Our cabin was perfect, we woke to 4 deer out the picture window on the back of the cabin. The sunrise view over Lake Yellowstone from the lodge porch was magnificent. Staff were so friendly and welcoming."
