People partied outside in front of our room until 5am and told writer to F off and gave me the finger when I looked out the window. Front desk was notified of the disturbance at 2:30 but it continued rest of night. Front desk noticed by writer and friend in the morning. Made for a tired visit at the reunion and a long trip back to Windsor after a sleepless night

I forgot my current license at home, as well as my passport. I had my health card and I had my husband send a picture of my current license and passport. The staff member refused to let me check in. I had already paid for the room. I called expedia and the kind gentleman got my room fully refunded. I travel weekly with my daughter for her sports staying in hotels. In all of my years of in staying in hotels, I have never forgot my ID and I have never been treated so poorly. I am 51 years old travelling with my 20 year old daughter for her Team Ontario tryouts. This was my worst experience ever!

The room is very ‘tired’, with worn out furniture. The lighting is terrible as 3 light bulbs were missing or not working. Two of the missing bulbs were in the bathroom which, of course, with only 1 bulb over the sink, and low wattage made the bathroom very dark, so that it was impossible to use the shower, unless you wanted to try to shower in blackness. Cleaning staff must be aware of this, and choose not to replace the missing bulbs. Really, quite unacceptable!
