"Room of fifth floor. Bathroom access via a set of stairs (which also led to additional single bed). Decent location in relation to Piccadilly train station and AO Arena about twenty min walk. Would use again."

"We stayed one night at the Clayton before an early flight. The set up the hotel was excellent to allow speedy travel. Easy to find hotel, good location close to motorways and plenty of nightlife available

Going to the town to visit my old school, I did not see much of Oldham on this occasion. In the past, I was dismayed over its deterioration over the last 50 years. Local civic pride seemed noticeably absent.
