Great value
The hotel is located right on the beach at a convenient location. We were given a two twin room by mistake and they corrected it right away. One suggestion would be to have a better quality breakfast buffet. There was plenty of food and the staff bent over backwards to make everyone feel at home but the quality of food needs improvement.

What a view!
We loved staying at Havana. From the moment you are greeted they ensure that you are well looked after. They do lots of little things that make a good price hotel feel like a luxury hotel. We would stay again

We did check in around 12:30- that good point! Just drop our bags and left our room till evening....and later discovered Air condition Doesn’t work!!!! Outside was 28C! We made complain on a front desk and asked to move to another room, but they said Air condition doesn’t work anywhere and provide for us big fan.toilet room floor very smelly.. breakfast ok, never got coffee, good location but it doesn’t help if in your room plus 30C

Good location. Lobby very crowed and lots of guests. Lifts are very slow and stopped every single floor even it was full, we had to wait 10-15 mins down or up for breakfast. Too noisy...

Excellent service from the hotel staff. Did an airport pick up around $20 for one way. Front deck did a quick check in. Hotel also provide money exchange with great rate. Breakfast was perfect. Hotel room were beautiful. Will return in the future. 5 Star Hotel

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The staff, rooms, amenities and restaurants are all amazing. The buffet breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Can't wait to go back!

My husband and I had a great stay at Premier Havana. Upon arrival the hotel upgraded our Deluxe Ocean room to Club suite, and we had an amazing ocean view from the bedroom to the bathroom. This came with a separate breakfast area, which was a huge relief as the breakfast restaurants were so noisy and crowded with group tourists (mainly from China). Some of group tourists did not respect any etiquette in public space - leaving their room doors open, distributing/selling stuff in the corridors. It seemed that the hotel was mainly occupied by group tourists and there were very few individual tourists during our stay. The hotel also has a sky lounge and a beach club, although we did not try them. We were just happy to be on the beach relaxing and occasionally venturing into the sea (quite strong waves, though). The beach is connected through an underground pass, if one wants to avoid the zebra crossing, which could be a little challenging in Vietnam.

The hotel was one of the best I have ever stayed in. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I had no trouble getting by in English. It is the only hotel I found with direct access to a tunnel leading under the road to the beach, which because of Nha Trang traffic is a tremendous benefit. Don't miss a visit to the rooftop bar. .
