The Crowne is a good hotel and had everything we needed. The location was good for us as the places we wanted to visit were either a walkable distance, or a short train ride away. Staff were friendly. We were concerned about reviews we’d seen about the breakfast, but we had no issues. What they offered was good enough for what we needed, but if we wanted something else there are places nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Very conveniently located! The room was not as clean as I would have liked. The was an empry water bottle on the floor when we arrived. The carpet was a little dirty, I had white socks on and they were very dirty when I took them off. We had a roll away bed next to the AC vent. It was filthy, we can to clean it ourselves as we noticed it at night when we getting ready for bed. Besides the cleanliness I like the hotel!!!

I hadn’t been to New York in years. From the moment I checked until I checked out, the staff was wonderful and welcoming. My room had a magnificent view of Times Square. The hotel has a great location, convenient to Midtown attractions as well as the subway. Would definitely stay here again.
