I know what they did, it was a high demand weekend, and so they sold our booking to higher paid customer. They moved us to “ up grade “ facility. Wrong again. Got moved to older facility and further away from our event center. Summary, we only for one night for 2 night’s booking. EXPEDIA PLEASE call me. "

"The staff wasn’t able to speak the central official Thai dialect, and could only speak the local dialect, so I had a difficult time understanding him. I wasn’t inform of the time for breakfast, but I inquired about it at 7:30 am and understood that the breakfast will be arriving late, but I had to leave for business so I didn’t have a chance to have breakfast."
