Nice vacation spot at the end of Montarosa Beach area. Easy to walk to the beach and train station. Good breakfast included and nice people. First place we stayed where the air conditioner actually got too cold.

Very convenient location....couple minute walk from the train and the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Property is a bit dated but great value for the money. Only drawback was the size of the stand up shower....quite small. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Cinque Terre.

At the end of the main drag and a long block up from all the traffic --- GREAT location. Small, but comfortable room. Wonderful breakfast. Friendly staff. I recommend this spot if you're staying in Monterosso, for sure.

5 minutes walk from train station, a lot of eating options close by, good breakfast. The only complain is that there is little insulation between rooms, I could hear all conversations of my neighbors.

Loved the location in the flat and less busy part of town. The hotel staff were friendly but spoke little English. The breakfast buffet was delicious & substantial. The hotel room was cute and very clean. But the lack of A/C that was advertised made us very uncomfortable especially overnight. This was a huge disappointment as August heat is almost unbearable. The manager minimized this by telling us to keep the windows open as there are no mosquitoes here and it’s cool in the evenings. Keeping the shutters closed during the day didn’t cut it. Although no bugs the open windows allowed the noise of people walking by late at night & sound of mopeds, motorcycles & service trucks to wake us up early mornings. The barking dogs from across the street were especially annoying. The shower is tiny and water control was difficult. We found Monterosso overpriced in restaurants overall and most servers rude or unfriendly. Scenery and sea are spectacular though!

Short ( not hilly) walk from train station, beach, and restaurants. Friendly staff. Clean. Nice touches like having hiking sticks for guest use on hikes. Room was a little small but adequate. Good breakfast buffet.

Arrived late, so they needed to put us in a smaller room. Given the inconvenience, they went above and beyond to make up for it, and moved us to a much larger room with a view of the sea for the remainder of our stay. All of the employees are friendly and we loved the location. Would most definitely stay here again and recommend to friends/family!

Absolutely lovely staff. Helped with recommendations and figuring out local customs (adaptors, corking personal wine, etc). Great location and parking. Really highly recommend it and had a wonderful experience.

Good location - convenient to everything but off main street so quiet. Also not hilly (in Cinque Terre you may be lugging your stuff up a steep hill to your lodging). Some rooms have sea views. Everything was fine and the staff was very friendly. I would describe it as perfectly adequate.

The property is functional well. Situated in a convenient location short walking to beach, restaurants, train station, and old town. Check out this wonderful hotel in Monterosso.
The location us very close to Monterosso train station. It was only a short easy walk even with lugging the carry-on. The room is spacious. The air condition was modern with many functions. The bathroom was a bit small. The shower tub was even smaller. I kept on pushing it off or on by accident when turning around. Our room has a little balcony with a bit of view of the Ligurian Sea. The breakfast was sumptuous. On top of that, the lady boss was extremely friendly and nice. Well certainly come staying here again. Highly recommended! The last

I booked this hotel because it's conveniently located minutes away from the Monterosso train stop and close to the beach. The only downside is that the hotel does not have an AC unit, and I traveled in August so it was pretty warm. I overlooked the no AC so that is my own fault. Otherwise, the hotel staff was great and helpful. The hotel room is pretty spacious. The queen bed is really two twins beds pushed together (but that's fairly common when travelling throughout Europe).

Well located hotel in Monterosso. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is clean and has a nice entry area with a small fountain. If i was in Cinque Terre again i would stay here again.

Fun (vintage/dated but in a good way) hotel in Montorosso. Location is pretty far walk to anything but its mostly a flat walk. Nothing fancy but staff was super friendly and helpful. Views out of the third floor were great.
