I liked how patient Cecilia (the front desk) receptionist was with the trouble I was having with my reservation and checkout. What I did not like, is how Michelle (the manager) made smart comments, being loud and exemplified that she totally lacked the understanding and knowledge of what happened, and what exactly needed to be done. Spending over almost $3,000 here within the last 2 months, makes me really upset to be treated in such a manner. I’m extremely disappointed.
