We were walked to our room and shown how everything worked. "When we arrived, the receptionist didn’t seem to have our booking on the system. The room we were given smelled damp and we requested the other and the smell got worse like mould kind of smell. My partner requested another one which was on the second floor and it seems to be okay but the wooden table which took a big surface area didn’t seem to have cleaned and we can see marks all over the place. No cups for coffee facilities, only one tiny toilet roll and no one came to clean room nor emptied...
