"Spent a night here after the 4 Day Inka trail to give ourselves the opportunity to return to MP in the afternoon for sunset and again early next morning for sunrise. The room was excellent but the food and service were impeccable. Worth every penny especially with full boarding included. We enjoyed being pampered for a day at the end of the long hike."

They met us at the train station, took our bags and led us right to the hotel. The breakfast was great in the morning. It was clean and the staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay there again. "One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been. The suite with Mountain View was so gorgeous I just never wanted to leave. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. The jetted tub was luxurious, as were the fluffy bath robes that came with the room. You could hear the nearby river as you drifted off to sleep. The staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly and enthusiastic. They let us leave our luggage with them until check in since our train arrived early, then let us leave the luggage again after checkout and sent it down to the station for us when our train was set to leave so we didn’t have to walk up the hill again to retrieve it. The breakfast was better than any hotel I’ve stayed in. Overall, one of the best experiences I’ve had in a hotel. Well worth the price. "

"Great 3 days stay. The location is super convenient and the best part, it’s that is far from the busy part of town. The sounds of the river will lull you to sleep. The staff was amazing!!! The shower pressure and hot water were on point. The bathroom set up is a bit awkward/tough to get out of the shower as the toilet is almost right in front of it. The front desk girl, Micaela, provided with great info and super welcoming personality. Highly recommend a couple of days stay here so you can explore Machu Picchu "

"Our room had a balcony with an amazing view of Machu Picchu and a jacuzzi, over-looking the river. We fell asleep to the relaxing sound of the river flowing by. We were met at the aiport and able to sit while checking in. Staff were all friendly, welcoming. The restaurant dinner and breakfast were excellent. Enjoyed the spa service. "
