An absolute joy to stay at The Grand. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, whether it was a casual interaction or a question, they were all exceptional.

Arrival was disappointing, no staff to greet us or take our luggage in. Semi automated check in is very impersonal. Room is small, shower had cracked tiles, very little in the way of amenities, and the whole hotel is in need of a major update. Staff was very good, Called the hotel to arrange a pick up from the airport and was to told to take a cab. They did line up a car to take us back to the airport. I'd pass on this hotel until it gets renovated.

The Grand at Trafalgar Square is close and within walking distance to many important places in central London. It is close to Charing Cross and Embankment underground stations. It also has a grocery shop nearby. There is also a nice breakfast place there.

This was our first time in London and booked from reviews. Our stay was better than I could have imagined. All the sights are right there. The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our room was so comfortable. I would certainly stay again.

This was our 4th stay at the Grand. We have found that the location is very central and allowed us to walk to the many restaurants, shopping, sight seeing, theatres etc. that we utilized!

Location is very good, near to all attractions, within walking distance. Underground station is just couple minutes' walk from the hotel. Staffs are friendly, helpful and courteous.

Convenient to the underground and very safe and walkable. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Building was spacious and quiet but the firming and carpeting need updating

The bed was so comfortable after a long flight. Staff we extremely helpful and welcoming. I loved walking just a block or two to the theater district and St James Park.

Excellent staff, the hotel very well located, many restaurant options even within the hotel. The only thing that did not satisfy me was that every day I had to ask for room cleaning service before 10 in the morning if not, they would not do it for you, I think it should be done as a rule.

This location is highly convenient for those wanting to explore London. It's an easy walk to the Charing Cross and Embankment tube stations, as well as nearby restaurants and theaters. The room we had was a little tired, but very clean. Overall a good stay!

I cannot reccomend this hotel enough. The location is perfect. Literally around the corner from the tube and water embankments. Walking distance to Big Ben, westminster abby, the london eye. There is a beautiful park across the street that runs along the river thames. Convient stores, coffee shops, pubs, all around. The staff were absolutely wonderful. I asked for help about 3 times besides checkout/in. Everytime I had a different person, everyone was friendly, cheerful and prompt. Amazing! The gym had everything you need to get your workout done. A good variety of equipment. I went at all times of the day, it was always clean and not busy. The lounge with coffee machine for guests was great and the filtered water system they have for the guests is also fantastic. No having to buy countless bottles at the shops. The laundry!!!! So happy they have this! Wash your own clothes, dont need to pay or buy detergent. When your on a 2 week trip with 1 suitcase for 2 people, yeah! So appreciative and thankful for the laundry. The room was a good size. Cleaning staff was very friendly and did an excellent job. My only comment here is that the bed in 427 was a bit uncomfortable, a bit too soft and very squeaky. We did eat at the pizza place attached to the hotel, it was very good. If we ever come thru london again, I will definetly book here!

Amazing stay…the hotel is lovely with comfy beds and outstanding customer service. The area is right in the middle of everything, whether you want to walk to Westminster Abby or hop on the Tube or a Train out of the city, it’s all right there. Great stay, we will certainly be back!

The front entrance is beautiful, very beautiful decorated and kept clean. Thw rest of the main facilities are also great and cleanly kept. All is very secured and no random people can walk in. We left our luggage secured with them due to being too early for check in.

Didn't stay... had to cancel because of doctor noted injury and yet the hotel refused my more than $700.00 refund. I will bever recommend this hotel or expedia to anyone.
