The overall price was good. The service was exceptional, facilities were all open, parking was free & easy access. I didn't feel locked into the property nor impeded by an over presence of secuity (& I'm an ex-cop, it happens). Overall for my wifes B-day, we had an outstanding time & will probably return! On the bad side, I'm an ex-smoker... ugh!!! The room Az twr-7060 needed upgrade badly.

easy check-in, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. the casino had a lot of new games. The valet was good and attendant very helpful.

We booked a luxury room with 2 queens when we arrived they wanted to give us a 1 bedroom bed and have a rollover brought in because they were sold out. The rollover bed was horrible you could feel the wire from the bed. (Aquarius Its time for an upgrade.)We had 8 family members booked same hotel.. some got what they paid for and others did not. They said they would compensate us the resort fee for the inconvenience, at check out it turns out they had upgraded our room... HOW, if what we paid was what we got.

The room was dirty the bed was so hard my back was hurting the next day very ugly. I pay in advance for my room and I didn’t received my room that I paid they give me what was left available because I got there late at 10:00pm not nice no matter what time I get there I haves pay in advance my room

No valet parking, only for high rollers. I’m disabled and parked in the parking garage. The room was beyond filthy, I wrote clean me with my finger on the dusty night stand. Dust was everywhere? Dirt and filth. Hair on towels and in shower. The wash cloth stink like mildew. Bed had hair on sheets and on pillow case. We were very uncomfortable and had to purchase comet to clean sink, tub and toilet. We put towels on floor to walk so we didn’t touch floor. I will never stay here again. Terrible experienxe

The building looks pretty but the smells inside of the building is not pleasing. The room was not clean, paid a resort fees and the rooms did not have supplies so I went and bought my own. Wasn’t my best stay and hope things changed.
