The pool is nice, the front lobby area is the nicest part of the hotel. Staff at the front desk was nice, they really tried to accommodate us as best they could so I wanna make sure and acknowledge the employees there at the front desk. Everything else was just kind of average. The room was clean enough, but there were things that were damaged. Our shower did not work so we could only use the bathtub, the door did not latch and you could push it open without having to even turn the handle or have a key. The front desk said someone would come and look at the door but If someone did come, they did not fix it. The room smelt musty. Our bathroom sink did not drain well and the fridge was not cleaned. This is a place where although our kids had fun in the pool, I don’t think we will be back.

The only thing great was the tiki bar, great food and drinks. Our TV in our room didn’t work, room had a smell to it and some things out dated. Our bathroom had upgrades done to it and was nice, beds were comfy but that’s about it. Facilities could use some updating.

It looks old from the outside but it’s really very nice. Quiet and nicely accommodated. The staff is friendly and for a hotel that’s might look “vintage” - it’s very nice. Would stay here again.

Power went out at 8:35pm and didn’t come back until 11:30pm. And wasn’t offered any sort of discount. Prime time for construction check in, hottub, weight room, drinks etc. all screwed.
