The hotel is very dirty, they only change bedsheets when u ask them to and it causes our whole family to have rashes.We called them and ask them to do room service but they only do the day after, after going back to Singapore,my grandmother needed to go for skin checkup.They dont pack the bed everyday,and their service very bad.We booked family room but they gave us sperate room,those room are for international university students to stay in,they ppl there say that she emailed us but we didnt recive it at all.

Not good for customer service!
I was looking forward to visiting Hong Kong for a few days, but the supertyphoon meant that my flight there was cancelled. I had to travel a couple of days after I had planned and the hostel would not alter my dates or give a refund. It seemed rather harsh!

The staff in the hostel are very professional. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hostel. I just wish the bed wasn't so loud, as I had to be cautious with my every move not to disturb the neighbours.

Great experience,room was an okhay size for Hong Kong. WE did not have hot water, but as soon as we reported it the maintenance guys were on it asap. The reception staff is very helpful in assisting in regards to question about the area and how to get around. Pretty simple to get to from airport and situated in a very convenient area. Restaurants and night market literally at your doorstep. Would book here again if in Hong Kong. Great Wifi connection too.

Good location and fair price for backpackers
Arrival by 10 pm, the street are still busy. Street food, convenience store, goods shop, and exchange are still available around. The mixed room have windows, which impressed me. The curtain is quite short, I don’t quite understand why they decide to have this size, half of the bed could be seen. Overall is clean and quite, perfect for me as transit stay.
