I stayed at this hotel for more than two weeks. The elevator was so noisy during night time and made me unable to sleep. Poor quality mattress and small bed caused me back pain in the morning.

There was no room service the beds were like sleeping on concrete. So noisy all night has TV's nothing worth watching for Americans, no food services, no shuttles, lighting was so dim has no microwave has to range but no cooking appliances. Web pictures give false impression wouldn't go there again

Pretty sure the disappointing quality is the only reason for the bargaining price of this hotel, or more precisely, a flophouse. Staff is okay, pretty basic service and standard manner. Poor and not so hygienic environment according to its false-advertising and baiting promotion of hotel renovation.

Great service. Forgot to take my bag of personal toiletries and skincare products. Called the front desk and helped me picked up the bag. Went back there and got the bag finally with a strict procedure. Really reliable and trustworthy.

Great as usual. Been here for over 10 times. Spacious room. Helpful staff. All in all, with the price being so affordable, this hotel is the best one in Kowloon East.
