They upgraded me to the family suite which was huge 🤗 and i thought wow is this how rich people live, lol. Sao the manager was so helpful and nice, i hated to leave. I would highly recommended staying here if you are in Samui! Great location everything was within walking distance friendly shops staff and of course a seven eleven just a stone throw away for all my needs. You can't go wrong.

Easy place to stay!
Nice hotel. Has the amenities to be a small apartment with small alcove with a dish sink and kettle. It it located next to the fresh food market and inexpensive laundry service is right across the street. It is also close to the beach and the walk street for shopping and restaurants. I found a great little French breakfast place just down the street- La Fabrique.

We were not fans, the location vs price compared to others is poor. The staff was not welcoming and unprofessional, and the room was gross and uncomfortable. We immediately found another place to stay close by, on the beach for cheaper and were much happier. Just wanted to save 1 person from making the same mistake.

Will come back
Really enjoyed my stay here nice clean room and for the price was really good. I stay on samui alot and this will be my favourite place in lamai now. Small pool which I didnt use but was nice to sit round at night. The staff were friendly and I had a problem with the fridge which was sorted out straight away. English channel on TV which is getting harder to find here. And a small sink to wash up if needed kettle supplied. Was quiet And a small walk to the beach and restaurants

Lovely hotel

Good 3 star mini hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Little noisey from balcony windows as busy soi/street outside otherwise great for the price. Small adequate swimming pool and about 400m from lamai beach. Food and bars and massage right outside the hotel. Modern air conditioning, nicely decorated. Stayed top floor. No lift

Very clean and quiet
Hotel was really nice--rooms clean and comfortable, swimming pool, etc. I was the only one staying there but the staff was great about everything. The entrance is a little bit tricky to find, but the area was great. I will stay here again!

Great hotel
Room was lovely and spacious and staff were very friendly. When the night Market is on, it is right outside the hotel, so could watch it all from the balcony at night. Only complaint is that the bed was quite hard.

Comfortable stay
Very nice staff and the location is great. The washroom has an enclosed shower stall which isn't always the case in Thailand. The aircon was not working well in the first room we were given but it was not a problem to move to another room where the aircon was very efficient. The building has no elevators which may be a problem for some folks but for us, the only downside was the slow wifi.

Great place to stay!!
We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were very friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel also organised a baby cot for us and followed up with airport staff to find our missing luggage (which was found!). The location is also great - about 1 minute walk to the beach and in a great part of Lamai. We will definitely go back!!

This is a great little hotel in a very convenient local, everything you could possibly need and more with minutes walk, the staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms where good size and very comfortable, it had a good shower and good size fridge, all I needed really,

English level of staff is very low. Road by hotel closed for night market, I was not informed, rental car was blocked in their car park. Room was small, dark and with no fresh air. No window looking outside, window looks to corridor. The bed was smelly and moist; very unhealthy for people who have allergies and respiratory problems.

Excellent value. A bit out of the main town, located right where the Sunday walking street market is. Easy walk to the town or beach though. Very good quality and finished well throughout. Nice swimming pool. Only 11 rooms, so not too busy.

I didn't know what to expect as a single, female traveler, however it was a great surprise. Not only did Sao (the site manager) arrange for a car to pick me up from the airport and was waiting to greet me upon my arrival to the hotel. She acted as my personal concierge and helped arrange everything from food places and activities. The location is in walking distance of everything from the beach, various food stops and great neighborhood shops. It is clean, and low key. I would visit again

We accidentally got dropped off at the sister hotel and they drove us and brought our bags to our room at no cost. Check-in was easy and they even let me print my departing boat tickets from their computer. There was a dirty pair of underwear left in our room which was really the only downfall. Otherwise the room was clean and the shower had a shower door which is not typical in Thailand. For the price and location, you won't find any better.

Very friendly staff and although the reception is not staffed 24/7 it is easy to reach the staff by electronic means. Very nice, clean and relaxing pool and the location is great for excursions to see Samui (we rented a scooter nearby the hotell).

Budget Boutique
For the price this is an excellent hotel. I only paid US$39/night and at this price it is very good value for money. It is a budget hotel but the room was clean and had everything I needed. It was fairly new. The bed was far too hard for my liking but again, at this price I could live with it. There was air con, tv, fridge and a bathroom. The shower was very basic but hot and clean. The pool is very small but at least it has one. Quiet and refreshing. The beach is a 3 min walk away. On sundays there is a huge street food market right out side the hotel which was fun. There loads of restaurants and bars near by. If you go expecting a budget hotel you will be pleasantly surprised. I was very content with what I got for my money.

Lovely place to stay
Spacious deluxe rooms, suitable for small family, nice modern style, clean, large private balcony. Pool is small, but relaxing. Staff always smiling, helpful (although english skill can be low). Beach and everything else (food store etc) very close. One of the walls (behind air-con) in our room needs maintenance and that's the only thing to complain about. Extended our stay for additional 4 nights despite it :)

Nice hotel safe and clean
Amenities hotel was a great find off Expedia.ca. We booked one night first just to make sure we didn't trap ourselves at some dive hotel. This place was great from the minute we walked through the doors. The pool is relaxing with many beach chairs to hang out on. The hotel manager named Bird/Sao was extremely helpful with accommodations and even found us great deals on renting motorbikes and deals at tasty restaurants. She recommended many places to visit. The pricing is fair here and we even ended up staying an extra week. The location is in a safe neighborhood and each room is equipped with a coded safe. If you like training kickboxing there is a great gym called Jun muay thai just 10 mins walking distance. Lamai beach is basically just down a couple blocks. We will definitely come back to Amenities Apartel on our next trip back to Thailand.

Beautiful, Modern and Lots of Attention to Detail
Loved the rooms. They were so modern and the owners really paid attention to detail when building and furnishing it. The place was very comfy and clean, brand new and the bed was wonderful. The only thing I should include is that Lamai itself (during May which is low season) may not be the best choice for solo travellers. It was very quit and the demographics were mostly old and Russian, making it impossible to meet people. If you stay here though, there's a motorbike rental right across the street named Bowi who rents super cheap and is honest and friendly.

Das Amenity kann ich sehr empfehlen , hatte ein Deluxe Room mit Balkon- reichlich Platz und gute Ausstattung ,das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit . Die Zimmer etwas gründlicher reinigen würde den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machen . Gute zentrale Lage ,Sonntag Abend Night Market direkt vor der Tür . Zum Beach zwei Minuten .

Nice location, clean and nice room. However, the WiFi was TERRIBLE!! Often, I could not even get on the internet, which is a dealbreaker to me due to blogging. However, if you do not care about hot being able to connect to the internet, this hotel is great.
