Thank you very much for your feedback. We are terribly sorry the front staff at the time gave you incorrect information. Normally at the front desk, there are 2 staff members that can speak english, if by small chance both the staff members are unavailable, then the other staff will try to communicate with simple english words to every foreigner guests. Perhaps the front staff didn't hear clearly that you wished to go to Kitakyushu Airport or the staff didn't ask and assumed it was to go to Fukuoka Airport. I already informed the staff about this unfortunate event. It is thanks to your feedback that we will be more prepared in order to avoid situations like this one.
