The hotel is clean and staff is friendly, but could use some green space around the property. The one key system is a little inconvenient when there are more than one party in the group.

In Expedia, the hotel offeres a pool, a bar area and restaurant wirh lunch/dinner. Witch had none of that & is being fraudulently annouced that it does. I booked there beause of the "available" amenities & was illegally charged the full amount for something they do not offer & i have supporting pictures. Had to order on food apps for food delivery do to it is not safe for tourists to wonder beyond the hotel's grounds during the late afternoon nor evening in Kingston, causing extra expences and stress, having to stay in my room from the afternoons till the next day that we would be pucked up by our scheduled day tours. I received no compensation returned neither from the R Hotel Kingston nor Expedia.

The R Hotel was a good choice for me it was convenient for my purposes.. It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I loved my stay at the R Hotel.

It was in a convenient location and areas were easily accessible. The service was not up to par, in that even though two persons were expected to stay in a room only 1 hand towel was provided.Supplies such as bath gel was not provided each day. We had to ask for toilet paper one day for instance. On the last day we returned to the hotel after taking a day to visit another part of the country and the rooms assigned to us had a lot of problems, lights not working outlets not working, plates not provided in the kitchenette, old bed linen. So at first the hotel appears to be ok then service went downhill afterwards.
