"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Erzurumlu Otel. The staff were extremely helpful and assisted us in booking taxis to the shopping centres in Istanbul and the airport. I encountered some issues with the room service, particularly food taste and varieties, which I believe can be addressed through a stronger focus on promptness and attention to detail in the department. Additionally, I noticed that some of the towels provided in my room appeared to be overused, and it would be beneficial to ensure that guests receive well-maintained towels to uphold the high standards of the hotel.
