"This was one of the absolute best hotel stays I’ve ever experienced in any country or city. The service from housekeeping was phenomenal, always filling up our soaps and shampoos and replacing towels on a daily basis, regardless of when we request it. The quality of the breakfast buffet was incredible, with tons of options and everything tasting fresh and delicious. The location is also very convenient as it is steps away from a major station. Will definitely stay here again if I’m fortunate to return to Tokyo!"

The Godzilla exhibit was not accessible but not due to the hotel’s fault. In fact, because some persons lacking good sense tried to climb the Godzilla, the exhibit had to close for safety and loss control. I applaud this hotel for taking corrective measures to prevent what should be common sense but is lacking in many today. Yes, we will certainly return!"
