As a one day stay in Jeddah this hotel was ideal. Small but clean rooms, breakfast is plentiful, staff are polite. For the price you are paying this is excellent

Friendly & welcoming staff. Bed & pillows very comfortable. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very happy with our stay.
My only disappointment was that the spa treatments were not available to women.

The rooms were too small. We booked a room with two twin bed. Beds were pushed together with no space at all. The shower floor filled up with water and draining was VERY slow.
We have another night booked for the end of the trip and we ended up canceling the second stay.

Every member of staff I encountered was friendly and accommodating. I LOVED the 24-hour room service! The hotel is safe and has great energy. I would like to thank so many people by name, but it’s going to be a long list. But I hope they know who they are.

I stayed there for six days, the room service is terrible, I had to call multiple times to get water or anything, they won't accept the call so I had to go through reception to reach.

I didn't like the self-service for the luggage. I had too many luggage and the receptionist didn't give me a clear instruction on where to find the luggage cart. Thus, I had to carry all my luggage by myself! Therefore, I won't recommend this hotel to anyone!
