The staff in general was excellent...the heating system in my room did no work immediately maintenance and front desk worked together to make the necessary adjustments and provide me a room with a working heating system ...I loved that they did not hesitate to make my stay as comfortable as possible

We have been staying at this property for many years. The staff have always been friendly and helpful as well as accommodating with our room request. Additionally, we have always enjoyed our dinners at the next door restaurant. However, during this stay we were appalled to find thick black mold at the top rim of the vanity wash basin. Additionally, the coffee machine water tank was dirty with what appeared to be coffee grounds.

The pictures from the website do not show the real conditions of the rooms. Room #131 look dirty and old. Walls are dirty, the closet was falling apart and the bathroom was in not in good conditions. The place is not the place it used to be. I will not stay again and definitely don't recommend it.

The room wasn't clean. There were cockroaches in the room. The room smell very bad. The beds were dirty. It was one of the worst hotel's I'd ever visit.

Mattress was too firm for my liking and it was oddly noisy, like it had a plastic protector. Shower and toilet pressure was excellent. Our rooms were in the back which i recommended as the main street is very busy.

This place is like a motel, to noisy during the night, a lot of drunk people walking and taking on the parking lot and balconies. The bed was hard like a concrete slab If you are looking for a place to rest and sleep well, this is not the right place.

The worst experience
I made the reservation thru Hotels.com with ample time. They said that they did not work with Hotels.com...I showed them the confirmation number. The Hotel was booked with no rooms available. I was traveling wiht my 82 years old Mom and we had to struggle to find another hotel from 11:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. The worst experience

Hemos visitado este hotel por muchas ocasiones y las últimas veces que nos hemos hospedado ahí nos han salido ronchas en el cuerpo después de dejar el hotel al principio pensábamos que era una alergia pero en esta última vista se acudió al doctor por que era insoportable la comezón y resultó que era picadura de CHINCHES todas las personas que nos hemos hospedado ahí de mi familia les había causado esa misma reacción las demás ocasiones pedimos que pongan. Atención a eso por que no creo que seamos las únicas personas gracias !! Jeovana Lizeth Velazquez Martinez puede ver en sus registros mi nombre k por muchas ocasiones he hecho reservaciones ahí ..
