When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk. The room keys were just laid out with last names. We
weren't sure what to do. Finally someone came down to help. Went to room and it was not very clean, it was outdated and we always check beds and seen BED BUGS on the bed. Bathtub still had dried shampoo and soap from previous people. Didn't look anything like the pictures on the website. Called several times and finally spoke with Corey who said he had left the property and he apologized and said he would refund us our full amount when he returned to the property. It was the full amount for the 3 nights we reserved since I advised I would not be staying there 10 minutes after arriving. We had to move on and find another place to stay at 3:00 in the afternoon. I sent an email requesting confirmation on the refund and no response. I have tried calling and only got voicemail which I have left messages and no response. We do not see a credit on our card as of yet. The customer service from this place is terrible. For the amount of this hotel per night, which includes a cleaning fee, I expected better conditions. The overall experience doesn't even deserve 1 star. Unfortunately not sure how to handle this since we had to leave the area to find a place to stay and we are out money on this and didn't even stay one night with them. GOOD LUCK!
