"The staff ignored me more than once because my Italian is limited. We were charged for our dining more than we ate. The gym was reservation only for an hour with limited hours. The pool opened at 9am and closed at 8pm. Most restaurants in the village were closed for lunch."

"What a wonderful and interesting place to stay! I almost couldn’t leave and explore as there’s so much to see within the premises. Lovely apartment near the station
"Lovely apartment, had everything you could ask for...and cheap as I got it for £50 the day before I travelled. A quick 5 minute walk from Villach HBF. The information was clear and kept updated and I was pleased to be able to check in an hour or so early to dump my suitcase off and then explore"
