"They have great customer service when checked in they asked for cell number once I was in my room they texted me asking if all was good and if needed anything else,later that night o texted them asking for roll away bed and she replied back and brought one shortly after. Super fast service and friendly helpful staff."

"7 night stay. Mother and 2 adult daughters. Our stay was perfect from start to finish. We were visiting Disneyland and the close proximity to walk or to take the Disney shuttle from the carpark across the street was one reason we chose the hotel. Yes there are hotels closer to the park and others less expensive, but we wanted somewhere that would give us the comfort and service that is JW Marriott. We felt totally safe in the area at night, loved the restaurants just steps away from the hotel and the convenience of the Disney shuttle just across the street. The rooms had everything you need - safe, separate bath and huge shower, charging ports at bedside, the most comfortable beds and bedding and complimentary bottled water daily and on request. Room service was 100% as was the overall service we received. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel."
