Enjoyed our stay. Lovely clean rooms. Nice staff. Paid but convenient parking. Breakfast was very busy and took a while to find a cleared table - there were many with dirty dishes etc left on many tables not being cleared. There was a poster in the lift advising of busy periods for breakfast and we were there at the busiest period. We would stay again.

Everything was perfect until breakfast this morning arriving at 8.40 the restaurant was not busy but I d could not find a clean table!! I ended moving dirty plates to another table. Not clean cutlery was available and it took 7 minutes for the member of staff to fetch me some!! At which point I’d ate my cooked breakfast mostly by my hands!?

Beautiful, clean hotel and the room was huge with a great view. All staff we encountered were polite and friendly and provided everything we needed during our stay. Would definitely recommend and return to the hotel again.

It took about 20 mins to check in, very nice lady, got up stairs and I had my room on the car park, then when to the restaurant for dinner and tried to orders club sandwich which was on the menu but the lady said no we don’t do them, then ask about the scallops and was lead to believe that it was 4 small scallops but it was one big one cut in 4. So order the chefs salad but it had so much vinaigrette that I couldn’t eat it! Got refund for the food but the room, I was advised to change room but I was already settled and ready to go to bed. Will not use again and will not recommend it!
