Just as advertised: clean and classy. The mattresses were better than my own, and even had a thin down comforter which is a great touch, and the shower had the extra overhead "rain" attachment. Jonathon was great. Oh, and the bacon: none of that overcooked thin stuff, oh no. The area around Timbers isn't great, but it's a gem.

Very good location, walking distance to many places. The staff was awesome! Kudos to Martha, Ruther and Bryan. Had beers and wine in the lobby and engaged in great conversations. Really fun. The room was comfortable and retro cool. First time staying there but will be back.

I love the updated they’ve done. I didn’t see the original, but some images. The breakfast was great. The bed was okay. We shared a queen size bed. Wasn’t super comfortable or uncomfortable. It seemed small for a queen, but was probably a queen. There was some purple sticky stuff on my bedside table. I wiped it up. Other than that, it seemed clean.

Convenient to everything downtown. Friendly staff and good homemade breakfast. Our room was on the back of the common areas and had a bit of a funky smell (humidity?) so I had to open the window for several hours to make it comfortable to sleep. The back side did feel somewhat exposed as it had a parking area in front of it and homeless people wandered around. Homelessness is an Eugene issue so there isn't much that the hotel can do, but reception could check with the client if they prefer a first or second floor, for example (which would be my preference). Overall, a good experience.
