"We were made welcome on our arrival. The view of Mt Fuji from our room was spectacular. The room was large with separate eating and sitting area and a small kitchen. The beds were comfy. The only down points that the shower flow was rather weak and the general hotel decor was rather tired. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it and its location ."

"Worst capsule hotel, or even hostel, that I've ever stayed in. And I've been backpacking for almost 2 years. It was hilariously bad. Of note: the futon inside the capsule is so thin it's like sleeping on a towel. Secondly, they're are"lock out" periods, no showers after 9am, can't be inside the property between 10-4pm, which means one night stay is your best bet. Overall, the place is rubbish, but for $23/night it is priced right for Japan. Just don't have high hopes. It's hilariously bad."

"This is a lovely hotel and was one of the nicest we have stayed in while in japan. The rooms are large, modern and very clean. I found the staff at reception and also in the bar to be extremely helpful and they went out of their way to help us offering help without even needing to be asked. "I loved the bath. It was so hot and steamy. The traditional Japanese rooms were exactly what I was looking for for my stay in Japan. As we were leaving, the sweet host gave us hot tea to warm our hands on our cold walk to the bud station. When I got to the bus the station, I realized I left my hat. All of a sudden I see her drive up to the station and give it to me. Excellent Japanese hospitality "
