"This was the highlight of our trip to Japan! The hotel is stunning. The manager went above & beyond on multiple occasions, personally escorting us to restaurants around the town and even helping us book bus tickets to get back to Tokyo! "The hotel was very well kept from the lobby to the actual room that I stayed in. The wifi speed is also very fast and stable, probably the best wifi I've used in a hotel so far. The staff were very friendly during the check-in and check-out procedure, although they can't communicate in English (however a translation app should be good enough to communicate with the staff), front-desk service is 24 hours too so it is convenient for people checking into the hotel late at night. Amenities were good tho, with amenities free-to-take from the lobby. The parking spaces availability were quite limited so be careful on that. However the location is not that convenient as it is a 30 mins walk from the hotel to Yonago station, or a 15 mins bus ride from the nearest bus stop which is within a 3 mins walk. I might stay here again or consider another hotel that is closer to Yonago station. Excellent hotel overall"
