They make sure every guest is satisfied and comfortable. We did not want to anywhere during our stay. The relaxing onsen, massage chairs, unlimited ice cream were reason enough..not to mention the array of traditional Japanese breakfast (if that is your thing). There are other food options available too. Property is walking distance to Kyoto Station. Room is spacious compared to other hotels. "

"We were there for seven nights and found the hotel to be a delight. The hotel was modern, clean and conviently located. We were within walking distance of several of the shopping districts and key tourist destination, including the Kamo River, which is just a block away. There are several popular convience stores nearby and a plethora of restaurants to chose from. Transportation is plentiful and easily accessible whether you desire train, bus or taxi service. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful and the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay and would stay there again. We will be recommending this hotel to friends and family. For those planning to travel light, there are no do it yourself laundry facilities on the property; however, there is a quiet NetCafe/Laundry/Manga Library just a short alley way away."
