"We returned to the Solitaire Bangkok having been guests previously in July 2023. A complimentary room upgrade was a wonderful surprise and made our 5 nights stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to the ladies in the Club Lounge and the young gentleman Ice who are all very charming and attentive. Our young male housekeeper for room 1205 also deserves a mention for doing an exceptional job every day. Thank you to the team at the Solitaire Bangkok."

"Amazing hotel in Bangkok. Customer service was fantastic. Every staff member really takes care of you. Room was superb and extremely comfortable. We had a view of the river and could see the IconSiam from our window. One of the best reasons to stay here is the close proximity to the river boat which takes you to the Icon in 5 mins and anywhere else you need. The dock is essentially just out the back door of the hotel. Whenever I come back to Bangkok, I will rebook and I highly recommend you guys book at this hotel! "

"Wow, este hotel es el mejor ubicado. Tienes todo super cerca. El staff es muy atento y siempre resuelven algun problema de inmediato. Tiene un rooftop bar super nice. El hotel esta cerca de todos mis lugares favoritos en Bangkok. Me prepararon una sopresa en la habitacion cuando llegue. Voy a regresar a este hotel cada vez que venga a Bangkok."

"Link to BTs and airport rail. Super nice hotel with great spread of breakfast buffet. Conveninet Store below hotel and several cafe restaurants just 3 stop bts to shopping mall. "

"Had a great 3 day stay at the hotel and will come again to this well managed hotel. Amazing view of the river. Very good buffet with lots of variety and efficient and friendly staff. Nice pool and sauna and fairly well equipped gym although some of the treadmill and eliptical machines need updating. Hotel room was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Room staff and front reception were helpful and fast with every request from change in pillows to help with the wifi. Easy free parking and the free ferry to Sathon and Asiatique was a bonus.Check in in and check out was smooth and efficient."
