"This was my second time staying at this property. Took my family during spring break. Property is nice and well maintained. Great place for family and pool fun. However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping. I had to make multiple requests for having my room cleaned. It did not get cleaned on the second day even though I had made a call twice and left both times for housekeeping to clean my room. On the third day, had to ask 2 more times until it finally got cleaned. I was very frustrated on...

"This was our Disneyland post-pandemic family fun trip. 6 adults, 2 kids. This Marriott is very well staffed, with everyone, it seems, looking for ways to make your stay wonderful. After flying in, the kids were able to use the pool all afternoon. The old folk took naps 😴. This was our 2nd family stay, last one was pre-pandemic. They only got better!!"

"Nice location and facilities, comfortable and quiet room. The property is beginning to show some wear and tear in terms of stucco corners, stucco wall damage, especially on the lower levels. There seemed to be a lot of staff on the grounds using their iPhones, not working that hard, yet some areas seemed unclean such as the elevators, and remained dirty during our whole 3 day stay. "I feel like this hotel was advertised as something more updated, but in the building we stayed at it was definitely not. Nothing wrong with the hotel at all and you can’t beat the walking distance to Disneyland, it just wasn’t as updated as it seemed online / through social media. "

We got our room around 6pm (3 hours after regular check in) and it was not the type of room we reserved. We also found an open bag of chips from previous guests.
