Overall great experience. Great spa facilities. Great room and view. Helpful staff. Things to improve upon to elevate this hotel to greater levels would be the breakfast selection (limited for a 5 star hotel) and the gym (equipment were relatively lackluster compared to the rest of the spa facilities)

The hotel itself is very nice and the rooms are good. The food in the restaurant at dinner was really bad and the price is crazy. Too bad. In short ….. an expensive price for a mediocre hotel.

Let me start with the positives. The staff, location, service and the views were really good. However, we paid 500 Euros per night for the junior suite the breakfast offered was below 2 star quality. It was probably the worst food I have been served. I am not sure how a hotel which makes you pay 500 Euros for a day cannot give you a decent meal. The rooms were super clean but still a bit on the small side. Value for money - there are far better properties I would consider and would not stay here again.

Great hotel
We received an upgrade to a room in the renovated area of the hotel and it was great. The pool is oversize for mountain hotels. Service in the restaurant is friendly but could be improved.

Lovely hotel with an amazing staff and a very nice breakfast. The spa was the also great at the end of a long day of hiking. Wifi within room could be improved (we didnt get much signal) Cleanliness was top notch

This hotel was amazing and blew all of my expectations away!! The breakfast was fabulous and we loved enjoying all of the amenities that the hotel had to offer!! We used the free shuttle service the entire time we were there until it was randomly "not available" on our last day there which was a Sunday. Besides that though, our trip was beyond amazing!

Everything like new. Good food (both breakfast that was included and dinner that was separate). Pool outstanding. Visited in off season, so cannot judge for ski season.

Lovely little get away in Cortina. The hotel is undergoing renovations but the staff seems genuinely willing to make anything better.

Excellent spa hotel
We stayed here for one night following a 3 day walking holiday in the mountains during the summer. It was the perfect place to relax and use the excellent spa facilities. We were able to use the spa facilities for the whole day following checking out which was a great service.

Ok hotel far from city center
The hotel was pleasant overall. Cute hotel, but overlooking construction, Far from city center so car is necessary. The driveway is impossible to maneuver with cars parked on either side. Showers either have no curtain or broken curtain. Spa/pool is gorgeous but a swim cap is mandatory to swim, but available for purchase at spa. Very nice staff.

We stayed here when going hiking to Tre Cime. Unfortunately staff could not give directions on how to get there. They were very nice and had provided us with the map on how to get somewhere else, but didn't understand that we wanted to go see something further away. I think in the future they could try to have directions ready for various attractions in the area.

Very comfortable boutique hotel
A boutique hotel slightly removed from the main town. Beautiful spa with steam and sauna. Huge pool. Clean and comfortable. Pleasant restaurant with very good menu. We were assigned a room with a bad view of construction site and crane. We asked for a different room and they graciously upgraded us to a suite which we appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. We liked it a lot.

My boyfriend and I spent one amazing night there. The room was absolutely breath taking with terrass, staff very friendly and restaurant with great food. Moreover we loved the spa facilities. In overall it was a wonderful experience. Thank you :)

Fine mid-priced hotel with great staff and food
Stayed at this hotel for 7 days while skiing in Cortina. Room was very nice. Staff was friendly and very professional. We ate breakfasts and four meals in the hotel's restaurants and food was excellent. Only drawback was hotel is a couple of miles from Cortina. This was partially alleviated by hourly hotel shuttle service and taxis

Lovely hotel, excellent spa
Wish the rooms were a little bigger, and that they put a shower curtain in the tub, but otherwise I would highly recommend it. Breakfast is excellent, as is dinner. The staff is very good, and helpful.

Hotel for Hiking in the Dolomites
A very friendly and comfortable hotel, we were greeted with a surprise upgrade and found the hotel to be an ideal base with clean, tidy rooms, We had a hire care which was very useful but they have a shuttle bus I believe to the nearest town 3km away Have no complaints as we were looked after, had nice food and excellent health facilities, Very nice stay and would recommend or stay again

CONS: Our room on the first floor was extremely small and cramped....we had two suitcases and there is literally no place to put more than one suitcase. Since the desk in the room has to be used to store your luggage, the furniture is extremely beat up. The bathroom was also very small and outdated.....shower attached to the wall with no shower curtain or shower door so the bathroom got soaked each time shower is used, unless you sit in the tub using the hand-held device. Our room faced the construction site next door where apparently the hotel is expanding so our view was of a blank wall with machinery beyond. (but of course, the glorious mountains above that). The room was equipped with toiletries the night we arrived along with one plastic glass in the bathroom (none in the bedroom) and then the toiletries and glass were not replaced our second night. Parking at the hotel is complimentary but it is a mess since there is clearly not enough room for everyone so it requires always jockeying for space when you return to the hotel. The hotel is also outside of the main town which did not present a problem for us since we had a car. Apparently, there is a shuttle from what other reviewers have said, although we were never made aware of it. We also did not take advantage of the pool which may have been nice. PROS: the man at the front desk was very nice and helpful anytime we dealt with him and their breakfast was very nice.

Rooms were fairly large but showers were small. Breakfast was ok. Same items every day. Scrambled eggs were not hot, ever. Parked on street to avoid parking fees. Best part was shuttle guy, who was always happy and friendly. Nice pool and exercise room. Located on a dangerous curve, made pulling into and out of hotel dangerous. Probably would stay elsewhere next time.

Nice hotel but...
Very nice wooden hotel with great facilities. The only downside is the lack of free parking (very limited number of spaces) and the fact that, durnig the four nights we stay there, the maids didn't manage to clean the two bathrooms or change the towels of the suite we were upgraded to properly (there was always one of the two missing).

Pool and spa are excellent. breakfast buffet pretty good too. Bathroom tiny, though, and the sitting room in our suite was unfriendly. Hotel bar is too small and the in-house "lounge" musician was, frankly, poor. Shuttle service into town was fine once you understood that the hotel's published timetable meant nothing, but if you give them a bit of notice they run it "on demand". Staff are polite and helpful albeit sometimes a bit formal. The food is excellent, but only the 4-course set menu changes; the a-la-carte has the same four main courses every day!

A 4 star hotel that did not live up to expectation
Numerous things did not work, namely the shower drain which caused a flood and the fridge. When I informed the front desk, I was told that all the fridges were "warm" like that in all the rooms, they did not even have a look at my fridge. As for the drain, after a couple of days of complaining, as I was unable to take a shower, I had to switch rooms, which was very inconvenient. While things like this do happen from time to time, the gentleman at the front desk was not at all helpful, he was pleasant but nothing ever got done.
