Hotel was ok, plenty of options around it. Rooms ok but bathroom was bad. Black mold between the tiles. I still don’t know why we didn’t leave from the first night

solid property in a great central Nimman Chiang Mai location. The standard room is small and limited window, so after a few days it was too small for me and I had to switch hotels, but no big issues with the hotel.

Excellently-located small hotel with helpful staff and easy parking. Breakfast was of reasonable quality, with the only shortcoming being one morning (of 2) when there seemed to be insufficient seats to go around. Noise control of the rooms is not good - the walls are thin (we could hear conversations and luggage zips very clearly); we also had to unplug the mini-fridge...room is best slept in exhausted.

Really impressed with everything start with the sweet and very kind staff. Well-designed room after renovated. Small corner with full options of breakfast. Comfy bed and practical bathroom. Will stay here again if I get a chance to come to Chiangmai again.

Well priced winner.
Nice new, clean hotel. Reception were friendly and helpful. Quick check in. Breakfast was ok. Omelette was good. For the price it’s what you would expect. Again the dining area was spotless. It is quiet in the evening, even though you are so near to so many busy streets. My only negative was the beds are a little hard. I think if they invested in mattress toppers this hotel would be a very well priced winner.

Comfortable stay
The hotel is very good for its price. Staffs are super friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was also incredible. The only downside is that the toilet has no air ventilation. The sewage smell remains in the room making it very stinky.

皆さんのご指摘通り確かにエレベーターは思ったよりも小さかったですがスーツケース（大）2個と2人がギリギリ乗れれば充分だと思いました。エレベーター降りてすぐの部屋に宿泊しましたがたまたまなのか騒音は気になりませんでした。アメニティも充分。すぐ近くにコインランドリー有り、MAYAあたりまで徒歩圏内。良いマッサージ屋さんも近くに有り。部屋の広さもお値段相応で普通です。スタッフさんもニコニコ丁寧。ロビーの装飾や雰囲気も値段の上を行っていると思いました。
