"The staff was super nice from the second we check-in until check out! Our room was clean and the continental breakfast was very yummy! The texting service for contacting the front text was very helpful when getting extra towels, etc. It was a great location too, close to shops, places to eat, and the gas station for late-night snacks. "

"We always enjoy coming there to enjoy the hot springs. We come several times a year, Sometimes twice in a month . But our room we checked into this time was disappointing and loud neighbors . there was hardly anyone at the hot springs that evening, but the person that checked us in said there was no other rooms we could get instead. Also Usually, there is a super friendly guy who is always hospitable working in the pools area. this time there was someone else , while we were in the larger pool...

"I was a little bit disappointed while checking in that the desk clerk took a call and made a reservation with the caller and me wait while I was checking in even though I was there first, had already waited behind a previous customer and had a prepaid booked room. All else was great."

"The hot water didn’t work and Zi was mad, but the manager, Brian, replaced my room with a 12th for suite and I loved it. I could see Lake Tahoe and Edgewood golf course. The suite was fantastic. I must choose suite next time. The new owner, Fertitti, is expected to make Golden Nugget the premier casino in Tahoe, I’m told"
