The room was quiet and clean. The staff did not go the extra mile to be helpful. I was in a room that is advertised to sleep 3 (1 queen bed and a recliner). I asked for a sheet for the recliner and was told that I can only get what is in the room. I paid $397.38 for 2 nights and I could not get one extra bed sheet. That's ridiculous!!!!!!!!!

Someone opened our door at 8pm. We were resting and had tv on. And a guy opened our locked door!! He said the front desk gave him that room and his key opened our occupied room. When i told the front desk. The lady said oh it wasn't me??! No one cared

Much better than I expected. Nice room, clean, well-laid out. Didn't use it but appreciated bbq patio area under covered roof. My first stay at a MyPlace but if all of them are like this one, I would highly recommend it.

I liked the kitchenette; however, there was not kitchenware in the room. Clean facility. Courtney quickly tried to troubleshoot the heater then moved me to a new room when she wasn’t able to get it to work.

This is a wonderful place and takes dogs. We have a smaller rescue who we never leave alone because she has abandonment fears. We take her everywhere and this is a real treat to be in such a lovely hotel.

I live in the area and I needed a break from a 24/7 caregiver job. For the price it was the BEST. It is close to brand new and the staff was nice and my room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. In fact, I will be staying here again soon.

The room was very clean and quiet, even though our window faced the highway. The front desk employee was kind enough to ask what floor we preferred and if we had any other preferences, so we requested a room away from the elevator. The bathroom, sheets, and towels were spotless. I think this hotel allows pets, but our room had no animal smells. The kitchenette is nice, with a large refrigerator, sink, microwave, and cooktop. Will stay here again.

So far so good as I just checked in 2 hours ago. The front desk was friendly and informative. The hotel is right on a main road off the highway. Very convenient. The bed is comfy. There a kitchen. The bathroom is clean. Like I said originally, so far so good.

The front desk lady was incredibly rude. Our room had used sheets on the bed. We stayed less than an hour and decide to checkout. When we did go to check ouy we were treated rudely again. There was another guest that was given a key to a room that was already occupied. We didnt feel like it was a safe place to stay.

Check-in was very good. Our first room assignment was on the first floor and we asked for on upper one and were quickly accommodated. Room was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was the microwave light was too bright when all the other lights were off and couldn’t be dimmed.

Terrible customer service
We checked in at the hotel and our daughter got sick overnight with severe vomiting. We had to go down to the lobby to get replacement bedsheets since they refused to deliver to the room. However, even when we went down, they didn't replace the comforters saying they didn't have access to them and we had to be cold the entire night. The vomiting repeated several times overnight and they refused to give us linen unless the old ones were returned, resulting in my husband making several trips all the way down to the lobby given how much she was sick. We went to urgent care and checked out the next morning forfeting our next night's reservation due to the poor experience. The winding drive back didn't help our child any but we didn't want to spend another night like this. They also refused to clean our room! The staff kept stating "policy" and I complained to the hotel manager after we got home, but he stated "policy" again. Policy should be revisited in exceptional cases like this to keep the guests comfortable, especially when they are having a hard time already. It also doesn't help to label yourself "family friendly" and not do anything to back it up. Final note - they have a kitchen and stove, but no pots and pans!! They sell those in the lobby for a charge. I thought that was a cheap trick too.
